systemctl stop teuthology-dispatcher@trial.service

Log in to Jenkins and Prepare for Shutdown
Begin shutting off Jenkins builders if they're not running a job

Shut down the remaining Jenkins builders

T-1h

Shut down the dev boxes (sockeni, folio, vossi, etc.)

sudo shutdown -h +15 "System is going down for maintenance. Save your work."
