  - File a ticket with the labs team
    - https://redhat.service-now.com/pnt
    - Click **Products and Technology DevOps**
    - Click **Can't Find Something?**

  - Once the Labs team replaces the NIC, log into the OS via ''console smithiXXX'' and figure out the new MAC address using ''ifconfig'' and ''ethtool'' tools.
  - Update the MAC address in the ansible inventory
  - Update the MAC address in [[services:cobbler]]
  - Update the MAC address in [[services:FOG]]
  - Run the ''dhcp-server'' role to update DHCP
